A Brief Biography of Brian

Like many people I have been riding bikes since I was a little person, but I would say I became a 'cyclist' in '99 when I got my first road bike. That was also right around the same time I started drinking beer. Since then I have been rolling around all of the Midwest and the West on two wheels. I pretty much just like being outside. Hiking, cross-country skiing, trail running, walking, sitting, and reading, drinking, and riding.

Oh yeah, and I am a graduate student in the English Department at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
